2nd Joint Meeting of the Stakeholders Consultative Team with the LIFE Natura2000Value Crete Project Steering Committee

The 2nd Joint Meeting of the Stakeholders Consultative Team with the LIFE Natura2000Value Crete Project Steering Committee , took place on the 16th of June 2015, at the premises of the Exhibition of the Natural History Museum of Crete (NHMC), in Heraklion, Crete. The Stakeholders Consultative Team  is constituted by representatives of the main productive bodies / associations of the primary sector and tourism that are being activated within the areas of NATURA 2000 network in Crete.

The meeting consisted of presentations from representatives of the stakeholders, in reference with the Natura 2000 network and their professional occupation. After the integration of specific presentations, a discussion between the participants and members of the project’s team took place regarding the project’s objectives and results. The members of the Project Steering Committee have promised to collect all proposals-comments submitted during the discussion, to process and take them into account in designing the communication strategy of the project. The next meeting will be held in the first half of year 2016, while there will be regular communication with all members of SCT.
