The scope of BIOforLIFE project is the development of a communication campaign with the aim of raising the public’s awareness on the subject of biodiversity. The campaign aims to make the concept of biodiversity and the need of preserving it better understood among the public in general, to raise the profile of Cyprus species and to communicate how biodiversity is associated with health, economy and our prosperity, since biodiversity and ecosystem services are important for a more sustainable economic model.

The "3xEnvironment" project - "Three campaigns integrating the SMEs sector and their surroundings in the efforts to protect the environment" has been created especially for small and medium-sized enterprises. The primary goal of the campaign is to support the entrepreneurs in the implementation of some changes making their enterprises proecological.

The LIFE Nature project “Conservation measures to assist the adaptation of Falco eleonorae to climate change” (LIFE13 NAT/GR/000909) aims to facilitate Eleonora’s falcon adaptation to the on-going and future climate change by the implementation of a series of conservation actions. The Eleonora’s Falcon is one the most important bird species in Greece, sinece the country and particularly the islands of the Aegean Sea host more than 85% of its global breeding population.

The LIFE Natura Themis (LIFE14/GIE/GR/000026: “Promoting awareness of wildlife crime prosecution and liability for biodiversity damage in NATURA 2000 areas in Crete”) is a five years’ project, aiming to promote environmental crime prosecution within NATURA 2000 areas in Crete, Greece. The project is addressed to Judges, State Prosecutors, Lawyers, NGOs, administrative authorities with interrogative competencies and the lay public.
