News Release: Three information booklets of the project LIFE Natura2000Value Crete are printed and being distributed for free to the public
In the context of the Action C.1 ("Printed Communication Material: Booklets") 3 booklets were prepared in order to inform people who live and do business inside or close to a NATURA 2000 site in Crete, as well as visitors and tourists, about the ecological, social and economic value of services and benefits that agroecosystems, mountainous and coastal ecosystems provide.

News Release: The notice boards of the project are already available to people who visit the places of interest
The last notice board was placed at the Directorate of Environment and Spatial Planning of the Region of Crete at Heraklion. It is of general content and includes information on the project, photos and a map of the NATURA 2000 sites in Crete. Respectively, four notice boards regarding every Regional Unit (RU) of Crete have been placed at essential spots of each RU.
News Release: Production and distribution of printed communication material (Calendar 2017)
The University of Crete - Natural History Museum of Crete (NHMC), in the context of the project LIFE Natura2000Value Crete, published a 32-page Calendar, of the year 2017. The distribution of the calendar will be taking place during workshops, events and training seminars which are scheduled for the next two years of the project. Moreover, it will be available in the NHMC from November 2016.
News Release: Production of five notice boards for the promotion of the project LIFE Natura2000Value Crete
The Natural History Museum of Crete and the research team of LIFE Natura2000Value Crete produced five notice boards in the context of the promotion of the project and the dissemination of the first results. The four of them concern each and every one of the Regional Units (RUs) of Crete while the fifth is of general content. More specifically, every notice board includes general information on the project, photos and maps of the NATURA 2000 sites in each RU. They will be erected on accessible and visible locations, where the public will have the opportunity to get informed on the respective NATURA 2000 sites. The Region of Crete and the Decentralised Administration of Crete will be responsible for their supervision and maintenance.
